Noelle Williams - Owner - Lead Hair & Makeup Artist
Her Story
Noelle has always had a passion for hair styling for as long as she can remember. Her mom said she knew it was her destiny when she took scissors to her hair 3 times! Noelle would set up stands (similar to a lemonade stand) where she would do kids in her neighborhood's hair, makeup or nails. She signed up for cosmetology school right after she graduated from high school. After graduating & getting licensed in 2015, she decided to start her career in the beauty industry. Bridal hair and makeup was introduced to her and she fell in love with the whole concept it. Having a team of her own was a huge goal of hers. She continued her education with classes and styled many events. Noelle truly looks like she LOVES her job. She cherishes connecting with her clients and making them feel empowered! She meets the most incredible people and visits the most gorgeous locations as well.
Experience
Once Noelle was licensed in Cosmetology, she jumped right into the beauty world. She styled cast members at the Detroit Opera House for shows. She had the opportunity to work with Wella's Top Professional Artist, Aubrey Loots. Noelle did makeup on his hair models. She did hair and makeup for models at a fashion show in Detroit. She attended America's Beauty Show to continue her education and keep updated on the newest products & trends. Noelle became a Stylist at a salon in Ulta Beauty for a few years. She started creating beautiful looks for brides all across Michigan while doing this. Her love for bridal beauty flourished around this time! Noelle to this day has styled over 400+ weddings. Her creativity comes out in so many magical ways! She looks forward to attending more classes to expand her techniques to offer her clients the best experience.
Passion
Noelle's artistry reflects in so many different ways but her true love is in updo styling. Her love for creating beautiful hair is her number one passion. To see her client's eyes light up after a service and make their vision come to life is everything to her. She loves getting the chance to enhance what her clients already have with her creativity. She also has a lot of fun with bridal makeup. She realized there was a deeper meaning behind makeup. It became her creative outlet and a form of self expression. With so many colors, techniques, textures, and finishes to try, it allows her get as creative as she’d like, and to fully express her inner world as an Artist. After styling numerous weddings and formal events, she wanted to create Viva La Glam to continue her journey. She loves connecting with so many incredible women across the world and being a part of their special day. Noelle says she still gets goosebumps every time someone loves their look!
